BCC & Associates has been retained by the Mill River Collaborative in Stamford, CT to provide counsel for its campaign for Mill River Park.  

Christine Owens, BCC Senior Associate, is providing strategic counsel and Maite Dickinson, BCC Associate, is on-site in Stamford to provide direction and support to The Mill River Collaborative.  This is a $100 million public-private partnership with a contributed income goal of $20 million.  It is the first public-private park management program in Stamford and is modeled after the highly successful Central Park Conservancy in Manhattan.  This initiative will not only restore natural habits after 360 years by returning the river to its natural course and protecting greenway spaces, but will add park amenities which are designed to revitalize downtown Stamford and provide a world class park experience for neighbors and the larger regional community.
